No reservation is guaranteed until you have email confirmation. If you do not receive an email either responding to or confirming your reservation 48 hours after submitting the reservation form, please email us your request directly at FlyingPirates@yahoo.com.

Car Rental Reservation Policy

When reserving a vehicle with Flying Pirates, the customer and Flying Pirates enter into a verbal or electronic agreement. Flying Pirates agrees to have the reserved vehicle available and ready, and the customer agrees to arrive at the agreed date and time with the correct number of guests. Simple and straightforward.

Unfortunately, a small number of no-shows and late arrivals affect our ability to serve other customers. During high season especially (December to April), we often turn away customers due to full availability, and it is frustrating and inconsiderate when guests do not show up, arrive more than one hour late, or reserve a vehicle for a larger group than actually arrives.

We understand that plans can change. All we ask is clear communication. A quick phone call or email allows us to be fair and flexible and gives us the opportunity to reassign the vehicle or adjust your reservation. When a customer does not appear without notice, we lose the ability to rent that vehicle to someone else.

Cancellations & Changes

Low Season (May to November):
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for reservations with groups of four or fewer passengers, and 48 hours’ notice for groups of five or more, in order to return a deposit or make changes while guaranteeing vehicle availability.

High Season (December to April):
Due to high demand, deposits are non-refundable for canceled reservations. Vehicles are often booked well in advance, and we turn away other customers once availability is full.
Reservations will not be held beyond one hour after the agreed pickup time. After that point, the vehicle becomes available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You may request a change to your pickup time up to 24 hours prior to your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate the request if availability allows. Deposits may be applied to another rental on the same reserved date if a vehicle is available, but availability cannot be guaranteed after the one-hour grace period.

Please be considerate of other customers, our staff, and Flying Pirates. We are a small, independently operated company, and missed reservations directly impact our ability to operate and serve the community.
