Ride out to Boca del Drago and check out the beaches there or enjoy an afternoon at Bluff Beach with our eBikes.

If you are staying for more than one day in Bocas del Toro and would like to rent an e-bike during your stay we offer special rates for over night rentals. This is a perfect way to enjoy the outer areas of Isla Colon, such as Big Creek, Paunch and Bluff area during your stay in Bocas del Toro. We have several models to choose from including the RadRunner – though not a children’s bike, it is the smallest E-bike available on the island.

Reservations

To reserve equipment, please fill out all your information in the fields below.

No reservation is guaranteed until you have email confirmation. If you do not receive an email either responding to or confirming your reservation 48 hours after submitting the reservation form, please email us your request directly at FlyingPirates@yahoo.com.

When reserving an e-Bike, the customer and the Flying Pirates are entering into a verbal or electronic contract. The Flying Pirates agree to have the e-Bike available and ready and the customer agrees to turn up, with the correct number of guests at the pre-arranged time. It’s simple, really!

However, unfortunately the minority are spoiling it for the majority. During high season especially (December to April), we are turning away many customers and we find it very frustrating and inconsiderate when people don’t turn up, arrive over an hour late, or reserve eBikes for 10 people and only six turn up.

We completely understand that circumstances can change, but all it takes is a simple phone call or email. Please communicate with us and we will be understanding and fair with any problem or cancellation. This gives us the chance to give use the eBikes that day or re-arrange your reservation: we often turn people away if we are booked for the following or current day and therefore lose money if you do not appear during your reserved date and time.

During the low season (May to November) we require at least 24 hours’ notice on small groups of four or less people, and 48 hours on groups of five or more, in order to give your deposit back or to make changes and guarantee the requested eBikes.

During high season (December to April), we do not return any deposits made toward canceled reservations due to the high volume of reservations. We turn people away weeks ahead of time if the requested date is already booked and therefore do not offer a deposit refund. We also do not hold your reservation after one hour has passed after the agreed reservation time – the bike or bikes are then available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may request a change for your reservation time up to 24 hours prior if you desire a different time on the same date and we will do our best to accommodate the request if possible. All deposits may apply to a rental on the reserved date if there is still an available eBike to be rented, but we cannot guarantee the reservation past one hour.
